The chest width is only measured on the front, under the arm pit, not all the way around. The length is measured from the very top of the product to the bottom. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you're unsure. We can advise you personally with our own sizing experience, and that of our customers. Or measure an existing T shirt across the chest, and use that as a guide. Please check your sizes carefully as we cannot accept returns/exchanges due to size issues, because these products are made to order.
